Have you ever been promised heaven and earth by various companies during the event planning process, but in the end you didn’t get to heaven nor had the earth? If you have, you know how unpleasant it is. If not, read on so you don’t have to.
We know that as an event management company, we are responsible for ourselves and our work, and if you choose to work with us, we’ll work for you. Over the years, we’ve seen a number of event planning agencies and we have to admit, there have been some good ones. But writing a good proposal is something that almost everyone can do nowadays. However, the differences come down to who believes what the event organizers describe and promise in their proposals.
Any professional and credible event management company will only suggest a creative idea if it has first explored its feasibility with the right subcontractor team. Never believe those who say that nothing is impossible.
There are many regulations to comply with in the events industry today. On-site event permits, fire safety regulations with escape routes and evacuation plans, occupational health and safety regulations, safety plans with floor plans, access and other official permits, and compliance with noise regulations, to name but a few of the many that affect the organization of an event.
In other words, no anything, anywhere, anytime has been around for a long time. Anyone who says the contrary is either ignorant of the event management profession or is trying to mislead you and use disinformation to gain an advantage over other compliant event management agencies. You can be disadvantaged by both, so who you trust is extremely important.
Having worked in event management for over 30 years, we know that our success depends as much on our suppliers as it does on us.
Indeed, we are proud of the professionals who started their apprenticeship with us as subcontractors and we still work together as we understand each other from half-words. Our creative ideas are born on a drawing board that they sit next to.
We know you have good ideas too, and we’d love to hear them. But we only ever back those that we have no doubt will support your goals. That is how we shall build trust. We need to believe that what we do together will move you and your business forward! We may sit down to negotiate a partner meeting and stand up from the table with the shared belief that you need an event that will strengthen team cohesion within your company. Looking to increase sales through a product launch? Perhaps you need to invite your partners at a later date and you can make sales much more effective by motivating your own salespeople first through an internal initiative.
By promoting this type of event with a sufficiently relaxed, yet seamless, eventful scenario, your colleagues will feel that you’ve thought with them in mind, that you’ve tried to create a compelling event for them.
