For a company anniversary event with hundreds of participants, we asked the Reflow team to assist us with the entire organization and execution. From the first meeting, their dedication and positive attitude to all our requests was evident. They were always helpful and came up with lots of ideas during the almost six months of organization, which all helped to raise the quality of the event, whether it was a programme or anything else. And the event itself was exactly as we expected, perfect in every way, as the satisfied smiles of more than 400 colleagues proved to us. Thank you very much Kinga and Krisztián!

We asked the Reflow Events team to organize the entire range of our anniversary corporate events, in two locations and for hundreds of people. They were fantastic to work with, they listened to our every move and made us feel like they took our events to heart. We are very pleased to have entrusted Kinga and Krisztián to organize our client event celebrating the anniversary of our office. We had quite a definite idea and specific requests, but Kinga and his team managed to find the right venue and create the atmosphere we wanted with the design. They took several months to prepare, communicated accurately throughout about the status of the organization and were always flexible to our requests for fine-tuning. They were calm and helpful in dealing with any minor changes that arose at the event, and it felt as if they couldn't have been more attentive at their own event. We ultimately achieved a great event, where our guests had a wonderful time and left satisfied.

I would like to give you feedback on the work we did together for our opening ceremony. Working with you has been fantastic, smooth, responsive, solution-oriented and easy. You arranged all our requests in the most efficient way possible. You gave us maximum support during the preparations, on the day of the event and in the follow-up. Thank you very much for everything, I am sure that I will choose you again in the future to organize our events.

Our first meeting in a five-star hotel was very impressive, you were preparing for a medical event and while you were talking to me and showing me how you worked, your colleagues came to you and you gave them directions. You always have all the answers and solutions, you are very kind and attentive. At our anniversary event it was a pleasure to work with you, I didn't have to worry for a moment, you took care of everything. If only there were more conscientious, professional people and colleagues like you, we would worry much less on a daily basis.

I loved going to the team-building sites, always a lovely atmosphere. I felt it was not just a working relationship, but the start of a friendship. I'm of the opinion that what you do is exemplary, you are so attentive to what I want, many times I didn't even have to say it you already knew. If there was a problem it was like you hadn't solved it already, working with you is very smooth, something you can't learn and very important in the event planning profession. You are extremely humble, which is a big bonus.

My first impression of you was already positive. You were decisive, confident, but also very, very helpful, someone I could trust completely both professionally and as a person. I am particularly grateful that I could count on you throughout the evening at our company Christmas event. you were a real trouper sorting out our team and also the hosts of the event. I hope that we will finally have a real wedding and that you will be able to help organize it; I personally would sleep well at night if we could pull it off.

It was a pleasure to meet you and, if I had to tell you what I imagine an ideal event organizer would be, you would definitely come to mind. What particularly struck me was the direct, friendly relationship that developed between us. You reached out to me even after the events were over. We would meet and talk, whether or not there was a project in progress. I'm glad it's still going on!

On the morning of our partner meeting in Budapest, you encountered an unexpected problem: on arrival at the venue, you noticed that there was no sign of electricity being installed. That's when I realized I just hadn't sent the order. Well, I don't need to tell you how panicked I was: it was my fault, so there will be no event. I was reassured not to worry, you made a couple of phone calls, got the solution in 10 minutes! The event was perfect, my new colleagues congratulated me on the organization at the end of the day. Thanks for your discretion, no one ever found out about my oversight!
